Oyama Karate Juku-USA offers many aspects of training for those  for those who are seeking an outlet from their busy grind.

 Kyokushin Karate 

Students will build their foundation by learning the basics of Kyokushin Karate.

The student will learn techniques for self-defense, karate competition; for kumite

(sparring) and kata (forms). 

Every student will be able to learn at a pace that is comfortable for them. 

No other style of karate in the world has produced more full-contact karate

fighters.


 Kyoku-Kids Warriors class/Ages 4-6

Kyokushin Karate is for Kids too!

Runnin' Rollin' & Jumpkickin'. This class is intended to teach children the basics of

karate without contact and having fun.

Development of social skills, physical motor skills, and learning self defense.

Learning how to recognize the dangers of strangers.


 Cardio: Fit-Boxing  

This class is for the fitness fanatic in the family or the student who wants to

drop weight fast. This class will help you increase your cardio capacity with

kicking, punching, and stretching, all in performed to the rhythmic sounds of

salsa, mambo, and hip-hop dance. This class is to get you jump started and on

your way to getting fit. 


Kenka (Submission Karate)

Kenka or Submission Karate is our competition MMA style that is very similar

to the KUDO style matches that are growing in popularity around world with

many kyokushin enthusiast. Kenka translates into "actual fight".

This is the Kyokushin answer to MMA.

Competitions are fought in a judo-gi, head gear, and MMA grappling gloves.

Most competitors are at black belt level and at least 17 years of age.

This program is for the MMA enthusiast who wants the best of both worlds:

MMA training and the discipline of traditional martial arts training.

Learning aspects of full-contact karate competition, you will receive lessons in

karate, kickboxing, judo, sambo, and jujitsu techniques.

NOTE: We are always seeking new talent for the KENKA Challenge to go for the the KUDO Championships. One does not have to be a member of Kyokushinkai to learn and compete in the KENKA. Call or email for more info.

Kickboxing

Our Japanese style of kickboxing is very similar to Maui Thai.

Japanese style kickboxing was made famous by Master Kenji Kurosaki; known

as the “Kyokukshin Devil”.

He is responsible for the kickboxing techniques used in Kyokushin Karate

today. This program is set up for private sessions only. Sensei Padron teaches

you the foundation of kickboxing.

Learn the art of Kickboxing for self defense and fitness. This art combines the

benefits of an excellent cardio workout with self-defense techniques using the

legs knees, and elbows. Learning conditioning drills to improve your strength

and agility. 

NOTE: Sensei Padron; former amateur kick boxer in the late 80's & early 90's

and has also competed in full-contact jujitsu matches. He was the former

Amateur Kickboxing Champion of South Florida (WAKC) and has also won a

number of awards in jujitsu. For more information about both of these

  Tai Shin

Tai Shin, the way of "Mind, Heart, and Body", it is the art of living. 

This class is part of our martial way that incorporates meditation, breathing, extension & expansion, and movement, helping to strengthen the body.

Sensei Padron founded Tai Shin practice in 1999. The foundation of the Tai Shin is precision and alignment.

The techniques of Tai Shin are designed to explore the body's full range of motion. Breathing, control, power, balance and flow are the essence of Tai shin. 

The focus is on breathing, control, and calmness. These techniques are unique and are found in most traditional martial arts.

Tai shin is a combination of techniques drawn from Japanese and Chinese martial arts. The objective is to teach focus, breathing control, and flow to achieve a healthier body and mind, spiritually and physically.


Private,semi-private classes & Seminars

Special rates for First Responders and their families.

All classes are available for private sessions. All are conducted in 1-hour blocks. Sensei Padron offers seminars for Kyokushin, Kickboxing and Kenka Karate practitioners no matter what affiliation. Sensei Padron can provide instruction to students of beginner level through advanced. Also he can provide instruction in empty hand and weapons kata. Sensei Padron will travel anywhere in North America, Canada, and the Caribbean to conduct a seminar.
